We've teamed up with Olympia’s Bittersweet Chocolate artisan chocolatiers to bring you custom craft chocolates especially crafted to pair well with some unique craft beer.

MENU: BEER / CHOCOLATE
*Georgetown Gusto Crema Coffee Ale – paired with White Chocolate Coffee Mousse
Most coffee ales tend to lean toward the dark and bitter. Georgetown worked with Seattle’s Caffe Umbria Coffee to create a beer that is rich, yet light enough to showcase the coffee’s delicate flavors, with a full-bodied mouthfeel provided by a blend of Munich malts and rolled oats. One taste and it is easy to see why it won the 2016 Gold Medal in the Coffee Beer category at the Great American Beer Fest.
*Block 15 Fat Monk Belgian Dubbel – Paired with Port and Plum Cordial
Block 15 is widely known for making some of the West Coast’s most sought after IPA’s, but they have always had a soft spot for Belgian beers. Aromas of nuts, baked bread, and caramelized sugar give way to deep flavors of plums, figs, dates, & brown sugar in this Belgian Strong Ale. The authentic Trappist yeast stain provides just a hint of spice in the finish.
*Caldera Toasted Coconut Chocolate Porter – Paired with Malted Milk Truffle
Over 300 pounds of hand toasted coconut and a healthy amount of chocolate complete this robust porter. Dark and rich, with bold notes of chocolate, coffee, toffee, macadamia nuts, & toasty coconut. Dark Carmel and crystal malts provide a sturdy back bone to complement a copious amount of chocolate. Rich and slightly sweet. Smells and tastes like an island vacation in a glass!
*Rogue Hazelutley Choctabulous Stout – Paired with Cinnamon Hazelnut Praline
For years, Rogue Brewing fans have been drinking a blend of Chocolate Stout and Hazelnut Brown Nectar at their pubs. This 60/40 blend of Hazelnut Nectar and Chocolate Stout fuse as one to create a “candy bar in a glass”. Dark and decadent without being overly sweet. It has a rich nutty flavor followed by a chocolate truffle finish.
