In this craft brewing boom we are experiencing, it is important for breweries to focus on the local pockets of thirst around Washington. Started by two guys named Mike, Rainy Daze has been making an impact on their home in Silverdale since 2012, providing uncommon craft brews with a wide appeal.

Join us Wednesday, March 12, from 5p to 7p, for our latest installment of our unlimited Brewers Nights, featuring Rainy Daze Brewing. Come in for an opportunity to meet the brewers, win prizes, and try some unique and rare releases. On draft we will have:

The Hop Mob Triple IPA roadshow is marching through Seattle and is on its way south, and the only Tacoma stop is right here at Pint Defiance! Twelve Washington breweries will be bringing their best Imperials to convince you that the best need not come from out of state. The festivities begin on Wednesday, March 5th, from 5pm to 9pm. This is an event not to be missed! More details on the event and lineup can be found on the Washington Beer Blog here.

It is difficult to write anything about Fremont Brewing without being hyperbolic. Located in the self-proclaimed Center of the Universe, the brewery has built a reputation on a consistent output of fantastic, highly-acclaimed beers while maintaining their neighborhood rep. Founded in 2009, the brewery already feels like a Seattle institution.

Join us Wednesday, Feb. 26th, from 5p to 7p, as we host the crew from Fremont for a night of amazing brews, fun, and prizes. On draft will be some very rare releases, including the elusive 2013 Bourbon Barrel Abominable, Dark Star Imperial Oatmeal

The latest news from Wall Street projects chocolate markets to rise sharply the second week of February. In preparation, we've invested heavily in strategic stockpiles from our friends at Cocoa Tantily, and we are passing the return on investments on to you!

Last year's Beer and Chocolate pairing sold out so quickly that we are extending the event to two days. Join us starting at 11:30am on Valentine's Day (that's Friday the 14th, guys) for flights of four beers expertly paired with four delectable chocolates. (All of this deliciousness for only $11!) Join us for a very special evening with Snipes Mountain Brewery as we host the release of some very special (read: limited) beers: Terror in the Rye, Terror in the Wood, and Rosa Reserve. 
Come in from 5p to 7p on Tues Feb. 4th for this unique opportunity. Chad Roberts, Snipes Mtn. Head Brewer, will be in attendance to give you an chance to sample his beers, in addition we will have two very rare draft releases from the brewery, O Hopfenbaum Pine IPA and Nana Foster Hefeweizen.
